WARSAW, Ind. (WOWO): Two people have been arrested on heroin charges after officers observed suspicious drug activity earlier this week. 

23 year old Jesse A. Caudill of Warsaw was charged with felony dealing in a narcotic. He is being held in the Kosciusko County Jail with no bond. 

Officers also arrested Caudill’s girlfriend, 25 year old Brooke D. Slone of Leesburg and charged her with felony possession of a narcotic after she attempted to conceal the Heroin. She is also being held in the Kosciusko County Jail on a $5,200.00 bond.
