Two adults and one juvenile were busted for breaking into cars…

Kosciusko County police arrested two adults and placed one under-aged male in juvenile custody after an officer noticed them breaking into a car this morning around 3:30 a.m.

The officer immediately chased them down and was able to apprehend one.

Arriving deputies began to setup a perimeter in the area of EMS W 22 lane and were able to locate the remaining two suspects and transported them to the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department.

Detectives have arrested Michael Rockey, 18, and Ryan Silliman, 19, and preliminarily charged both with felony theft.  They are currently being held on individual $2,000 bonds.  The 14 year old juvenile taken into custody due to his involvement was transported to the Pierceton Woods Juvenile Center for detainment.

Sheriff’s detectives stated that it appears that approximately 15-20 vehicles had been entered into overnight in the same general area which is located on the south side of Webster Lake.  Officers also have confirmed that at least 10 of the vehicles had items taken from inside the vehicles which vary from cellular phones, GPS electronic devices, and power tools.  Detectives stated that the investigation is still on going at this time.
