BLUFFTON, Ind. (WOWO): Justice will have to wait a little while longer when it comes to the mother of 3-year-old Owen Collins.

The trial in Wells County for Breanna Arnold was supposed to start next month. However, her trial has been delayed after a judge agreed to her attorney’s request, according to our partners in news at 21Alive.

Arnold is charged with neglect of a dependent causing death after her son was murdered and then set on fire. His body was discovered in a wooded area in January 2015.

Her ex-boyfriend, Zachary Barnes, has already pleaded guilty to murder and has been sentenced to 50 years in prison.
