Tornado near Bluffton spotted on radar, not on ground

BLUFFTON, Ind. (WOWO):  The National Weather Service has confirmed to WOWO News that their Doppler Radar indicated a tornado near Bluffton, Indiana.  However, an indication on the radar does not mean an actual tornado touchdown happened.

They said there’s no indication an actual tornado hit the ground.  The rotation was indicated on the radar only.

Police in Bluffton have told WOWO News that no tornado was spotted in the area, nor have they received any calls about damage in the area.
