TinCaps to Give 2,000,000th Fan a Chance to Win $2,000,000

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO):  The Fort Wayne TinCaps will give one lucky fan at Parkview Field the chance to walk away with $2,000,000 as the team counts down to their 2,000,000th fan.

The event comes as the TinCaps are hoping to welcome their 2,000,000th fan to Parkview Field sometime before the end of the 2013 season.

“It’s a true testament to the support of this community,” stated TinCaps President, Mike Nutter. “We had so much fun celebrating our 1,000,000th fan back in 2011 that we wanted to up the ante for number 2,000,000.”

On the game that the TinCaps break the 2,000,000th fan milestone one lucky fan will be chosen to participate for the $2,000,000 following the game.

“We will reveal more details as we approach the milestone game. Part of the fun of this promotion is the element of surprise,” stated Nutter. “We can say that the TinCaps 2,000,000th fan can be from 2 to 102 years old and still have a chance at taking home the $2,000,000 jackpot. You won’t have to hit a home run or throw 100 miles per hour.”

Anyone present at the milestone game, with a valid TinCaps ticket, will be eligible to be selected as the 2,000,000th fan.

Tickets are still available for each game of the TinCaps remaining 2013 schedule. Tickets can be purchased at the Parkview Field Ticket Office, by calling (260) 482-6400, or online at TinCaps.com.
