FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The Fort Wayne TinCaps are offering a VIP experience to veterans and active members of the U.S. military.
According to our Partners in News at 21Alive, the TinCaps Military Salute celebrates the U.S. Armed Forces all summer long. The team is currently seeking nominations from friends and families of veterans or current members of the military. To nominate someone, the team is accepting a short essay on why a service member or veteran should be honored at a TinCaps game.
The honorees and their family will be recognized during a game and receive free tickets. The game will also include fireworks.
