Indiana State Police says two vehicles collided head-on around 7:00 a.m., Wednesday morning on West State Road 4.
A minivan, driven by 35-year-old Shelia Redman of Hudson, was traveling westbound on State Road 4 near County Roads 800 W and 900 W, when Redman hit a vehicle driven by 21-year-old Kalib Jackson of Rome City.
Redman suffered injuries to her left leg and Jackson suffered a broken right leg. Both drivers were taken to the hospital.
Jackson's passenger, 20-year-old Benjamin Murray of Wawaka was pinned in the car and had to be freed by fire crews. He suffered internal injuries and was taken by Samaritan to the hospital.
