Three People Arrested in “Methamphetamine Investigation”

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Three people face numerous charges in what police are calling a “Meth Investigation.” Thursday, the FWPD Emergency Services Team along with the Meth Suppression Team served a warrant at an apartment on West Jefferson at the corner of Jackson. Ryan Johnson, Megan Ewell, and David Scarberry were all arrested.

 

Ryan Johnson

1.       Possession of a Controlled Substance (Felony)
2.       Possession of Precursors (Felony)
3.       Maintaining a Common Nuisance (Felony)
4.       Possession of Paraphernalia (Misdemeanor)

 

Megan Ewell
1.       Visiting a Common Nuisance (Misdemeanor)
2.       Possession of Paraphernalia (Misdemeanor)

David Scarberry
1.       Maintaining a Common Nuisance (Felony)
2.       Possession of Paraphernalia (Felony)
3.       Possession of Synthetic Cannabinoid (Misdemeanor)
