Three Hurt in Noble County Crash

LIGONIER, Ind. (WOWO): Three people from Ligonier were hurt when a vehicle went off the road and hit a tree near Ligonier early Saturday morning.


The Noble County Sheriff's Department says the vehicle was heading east on Ball Road west of CR 700 W at about 2:30 a.m. when the vehicle lost control and hit the tree.


A 17 year old male driving the car and his two passengers, 19 year old Roman Rubalcava, and a 16 year old male were hurt. The driver had a possible broken leg while Rubalcava is in critical condition of unknown injuries.

No further information on what could have caused the accident was available. Ligonier Police and Fire departments assisted at the scene along with Noble County EMS and the Parkview Samaritan.
