FORT WAYNE, Ind (WOWO): Testimony is underway in the child molestation trial for 74-year-old Raul Fuentes. He’s accused of having inappropriate contact with two girls, ages nine and 12.

According to our partners in news at 21 Alive, a nurse from the Sexual Assault Treatment Center took the stand Thursday and testified that after examining the 9-year-old she found no evidence of a sexual assault.

However, the 9-year-old did tell her there was inappropriate contact between her and Fuentes.

A detective also testified that there was not enough DNA collected for a proper sample to be tested.
