Teen Sentenced in October Shooting

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): It's 8 years in prison for a Fort Wayne teen.

Today in Allen Superior Court 19-year-old Socrates Bragg was sentenced in connection to an October shooting, according to the Journal-Gazette. <br />
Bragg accepted a plea deal last month. Under terms of the deal, he pleaded to guilty aggravated battery, with charges of criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon dismissed. The deal called for 10-sentence with two years suspended.

The victim in the shooting, was paralyzed after the shooting near McKee and Gay Streets. The next day, Bragg was brought into custody after a high profile raid on High Street near St. Mary's Avenue.
