Arambula started playing wheelchair basketball in Fort Wayne, but went on to play in college at the University of Alabama, where they won a national championship.  “Jared is an outstanding example of strength, skill and determination, and the importance of Turnstone’s adaptive sports programs.  Knowing that Jared played at Turnstone and is now part of Team USA is a proud moment for all of us at Turnstone,” said Mike Mushett, CEO.

Turnstone is one of ten gold level participants in the Paralympic Sport Club Excellence Programs in the United States.  They say through sports, the U.S. Paralympics and Paralympic sports clubs like Turnstone are helping a person with a disability live a healthy and active lifestyle.
