SW Indiana Teen Killed in ATV Crash on County Road

HOLLAND, Ind. (AP): Authorities say a 14-year-old southwestern Indiana boy was killed when the all-terrain vehicle he was driving on a county road crashed with a tractor.
 
Indiana Conservation Officers say William Conner Hall of Huntingburg and three other juveniles were riding ATVs on a road near the Dubois County town of Holland Sunday afternoon. He crashed into an oncoming tractor while going around a curve about 40 miles northeast of Evansville.
 
Conservation Officer Jim Hash says emergency workers weren't able to revive the teen and he was pronounced dead at Jasper Memorial Hospital.
 
Hash says a juvenile passenger on the ATV suffered non-life-threatening injuries. Hash says William's death is the 10th death involving an ATV crash in Indiana this year.
