Suspects Arrested in Fraudulent Credit Card Investigation

ANGOLA, Ind. (WOWO): Angola City Police were called to Farmers State Bank Wednesday in reference to suspicious activity. When officers got to the scene, they found a white SUV in the parking lot of Burger King, which matched the description of a vehicle used in credit card fraud on April 4th. Officers found four men in the vehicle, and while officers spoke with them, they noticed a strong smell of narcotics. A K9 was deployed and he alerted police to drugs in the vehicle. Officers found marijuana and cocaine inside. Officers then discovered that one suspect was in Farmers State Bank using altered credit cards. During the investigation, several credit cards were found and determined to be fraudulent. Five suspects were arrested and booked in the Steuben County Jail for: Possession of Cocaine, Possession of controlled substance, Possession of Marijuana, and Fraud to a financial institution or possession of fraudulent credit cards. The following were arrested:

Gregory Archer, 58
Michael Parker, 57

Malcolm Parker, 23,

Irving Fort, 58

Daryl Murry, Jr, 31

All suspects were from the Chicago area.
