Stutzman: “ObamaCare Delay Puts Politics Ahead of the Rule of Law”

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WOWO): Wednesday afternoon, U.S. Congressman Marlin Stutzman issued the following statement after the Obama Administration announced yet another delay to extend ObamaCare’s enrollment deadline beyond March 31.

“The President’s job is to enforce the laws, not to make them up when it is politically expedient. The latest ObamaCare delay puts politics ahead of the rule of law and shows what Hoosiers already know: ObamaCare’s Big Government approach cannot work. The Administration’s delays and unilateral rewrites will not give Hoosiers the permanent relief they deserve. ObamaCare is a disaster and must be fully repealed.”
