STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Sandbags will be available for Steuben County residents starting at 8:00 a.m., Thursday morning. They will be available due to the high chance for flooding, forecasted for tomorrow.

The County and Local City Governments will supply the sand bags and the sand. You will be responsible for filling the bags provided. Please provide your own shovel and transportation for the sand bags.
