COLDWATER, Mich. (WOWO): Three members of a Steuben County family were arrested in Coldwater, Mich. after police said they found meth on them and they’re searching for a fourth family member.
Kasey Giffin, 28; Felicia Giffin, 22; and Ryan Workman, 30, are all charged with possession of a meth lab, possession of hazardous waste, possession of meth and use of meth. Maggie Giffin, 23, has a warrant out of her arrest, according to the Daily Reporter in Coldwater, Mich.
Meijer Pharmacy clerks called police at about 11 a.m. Friday after Kasey Giffin tried to buy pseudoephedrine. He had a warrant out for his arrest in Steuben County for burglary and battery.
Maggie was at Meijer with Kasey and police questioned her.
At about 1 p.m., police watched Felicia pick up Maggie in a van. Police said Felicia and the passenger, Workman, were high on meth when they stopped the van.
Police say they admitted they came to Mejier to buy medicine needed to make meth and all four of them had used meth earlier that day. While executing a search warrant, police found syringes, meth components, hazardous materials and a one pot meth lab in the van.
Police seized the van and a puppy inside the van.
Sometime during the investigation, Maggie Giffin got away. She is still being sought by police.
