INDIANA, (WOWO) – A statewide Silver Alert has been issued for an Avon, Indiana man.

Ronald Eichler, 70, is described as a white man, 5 feet 9 inches tall, 165 pounds, with gray hair and blue eyes.

He was last seen Wednesday, Sept. 6, around 9 p.m. in Avon, Indiana. Avon is 21 miles west of Indianapolis.

He was last seen driving a 1997 white Buick LeSabre with Indiana license plate SHN394.

Eichler is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
