INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WOWO): An Indiana State Police motorcycle sergeant has been recognized for saving a life.
The Service and Valor Awards Ceremony was held at the Indiana Government Center for Indiana State Police Sergeant Pornteb Nathalang of the Enforcement Division. On March 26th, 2013, Nathalang came upon a crash on I-65 near Washington Street in Indianapolis.
