Souder Says Security Strengthened Post 9/11

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): With the anniversary of 9/11 approaching, some are questioning our nation's current security status. WOWO News asked former Indiana Congressman Mark Souder, who's served on the House Committee for homeland security, if Americans are safer now than 2001. Souder says we've made drastic improvements in border security, intelligence, and screening in the last 13 years, but the enemy has changed.
