Some N. Ind. Counties Remain Under Travel Warnings

SOUTH BEND, Ind. (AP): Travel warnings remain in effect for several northern Indiana counties as crews work to clear rural roads amid subzero temperatures. Lows fell to more than 10 below zero Tuesday morning in South Bend and Fort Wayne, with the northern two-thirds of the state under a wind chill warning from the National Weather Service. Wind chills have reached to about 30 below zero in northern Indiana and around 20 below in the Indianapolis area. Most schools in northern and central Indiana are closed.
