Snowstorm, Subzero Cold Felt by Local Government

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (AP) – Indiana's local governments are tallying the mounting costs of the recent snowstorm that buried much of the state under a foot of snow. Reports say last week's storm saddled local highway departments with significant employee overtime and fuel expenses as crews struggled to clear snow-clogged roads.
