Silver Alert Cancelled for Fort Wayne Man

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO):The Silver Alert issued for a Fort Wayne man has been cancelled. According to the Allen County Sheriff's Department, Thomas Sodano was found safely out-of-state.

ORIGINAL STORY:

Local authorities have issued at Silver Alert for an elderly Fort Wayne man.

 

 Eighty-year-old Thomas Sodano is a white man, standing five-foot-seven inches tall weighing about 185 pounds with medium length brown hair and brown eyes.

He is believed to be in danger and may require medical attention. He was believed to have been en route to Decatur Sunday morning to visit a flea market.

 

He was last seen today around 8:30 a.m Sunday, wearing blue jeans and a blue t-shirt. He has a tattoo of a bird on each side of his chest and a fade tattoo that reads “Mom and Dad” on his underarm.

Authorities think he was driving a 2007, white Ford Ranger truck with Indiana license plate TK439MDY.
