ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Some severe storms are possible for parts of the WOWO listening area Wednesday evening, with the best chances between 2:00 p.m., and midnight EDT.
Heavy rain and localized flooding will be the primary threat, especially west of US 31. However, damaging wind gusts are possible in any strong to severe storms that develop, according to the National Weather Service. An isolated tornado cannot be ruled out, but confidence remains very low. The best chances for a tornado would be along and eastward of interstate 69.
