Seven Arrested for Dealing Drugs

AUBURN, Ind. (WOWO): Seven people have been charged with drug dealing after a year-long investigation of crimes in DeKalb County. One of the alleged dealers is still at large.

32-year-old Natasha Peters is charged with two counts of dealing meth. Police believe she's living in Fort Wayne.

23-year-old Jesse Damron faces two counts of dealing within 1,000 feet of a school or park, a class A felony. He's held on $40 thousand dollars bound. He was arrested in Butler.

44-year-old Jody Lee has been charged with one count of dealing a scheduled substance and one count of maintaining a common nuisance. He's held on $11,500 bond.

Andrew McCloskey was charged with dealing a common nuisance and dealing a scheduled substance. He has been released after posting $11,500 bond.

In Brown County, 23-year-old Brandon Damron was arrested and charged with dealing meth within 1,000 feet of a school or park.

Two individuals, already behind bars are also charged. 30-year-old Zhonn Bowser faces two felony counts of dealing a controlled substance. Bowser was already in custody in the DeKalb County Jail for another charge. 29-year-old Lance Krider faces one count of dealing meth. He's currently in prison and will face charges after he's released.

The arrests and investigations were handled by a multi-agency drug task force made up of officers from Steuben, LaGrange, Noble and DeKalb.
