Second Vacant Home Struck by Fire

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): For the second time this weekend a vacant home in Fort Wayne was hit by fire. This one – on Edsall Avenue –  was heavily damaged. It happened around 2:30 Sunday morning.

Firefighters found it fully engulfed. It took about 35 minutes to bring it under control. 

Saturday morning, firefighters responded to a fire at an abandoned house on Mauldin Drive. That fire did moderate damage and was brought under control in about 15 minus. 

No injuries were reported. Firefighters haven't said if they believe there's a possible connection to the fires.
