Second Rudisill Shooting Victim Identified

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) – Authorities have identified the second man wounded in a Sunday morning shooting on East Rudisill Boulevard. Thirty-year-old James Armstrong remains in fair condition. 

Around 1 a.m.Sunday morning police found Armstrong and 21-year-old Alan Puff with gunshot wounds inside the residence. Puff was pronounced dead at a local hospital. Armstrong was originally admitted in serious condition.
