Ritz Announces Indiana’s Four-Star Schools, 13 From Fort Wayne

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Indiana Superintendent of Public Instruction Glenda Ritz, announced the 2013-2014 Four Star Schools.

13 schools in Fort Wayne made the list. Each of those schools placed in the top 25th percentile in two ISTEP-based categories, received an A in the state's accountability system, and is accredited by the department of education.

Saint Charles Borromeo School



East Allen County Schools:
Cedarville Elementary School



Fort Wayne Community Schools:
Fred H. Corninger Elemtary School



Indephendent Non-Public Schools:
Blackhawk Christian Elementary School
Blackhawk Christian Middle/High School



Lutheran Schools of Indiana:
Concordia Lutheran High School



MSD Southwest Allen County Schools:
Aboite Elementary School

Woodside Middle School

Homestead Senior High School
