Residents Receiving Fake Utility Bill Calls

INDIANAPOLIS (AP): The state’s attorney general’s office says Indiana residents are getting phone calls from impostors who ask them to pay delinquent utility bills. The office says the callers pretend to work for a utility company and may threaten to disconnect their gas or electricity. The state says consumers who get such calls should hang up and directly contact their utility.
