Republicans Seek Balance of Rhetoric on Federalism

INDIANAPOLIS (AP):  Indiana's political leaders have been talking extensively about their problems with Washington, but they often find themselves seeking compromises in order to ensure federal dollars continue flowing to the state.  Republican Senate President Pro Tem David Long said last week that federalism was at the center of his drive to call the first constitutional convention since 1787.
