FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Officers with the Fort Wayne Police Department are investigating reports of shots fired, in several different Summit City locations. 

According to our partners in news at 21 Alive, initial reports came in around 12:00 p.m., Monday afternoon that shots were fired on Reed Street.

Moments later, a gunshot victim was found in the 3600 block of Lillie Street.

Meanwhile, there were reports about a car being found in the 3600 block of Winter Street that had numerous bullet holes. It was also reported that a home in the 3600 block of Lillie Street was hit by gunfire.

All these areas are closely located to each other and it is believed that all of the shooting incidents are connected.
