Reports of Man Acting Strange Lead to Arrest in Warsaw

WARSAW, Ind. (WOWO): A Warsaw resident was arrested after calls came in about a man acting strange. Around noon Monday, Warsaw Police were called to the west side of the City on report of a suspicious man in red clothing acting strange. Police got to the area when another call came in to dispatch, saying the same man was jumping fences a few blocks south of the original call. Police found the man, and officers say he had trouble following simple instructions. He was sweating profusely, agitated, and making statements that didn't make sense. Officers found a pill bottle containing what appeared to be crack cocaine, and the substance tested positive for cocaine. 54-year-old Kevin Bronson was taken into custody and booked in the Kosciusko County Jail on a class D felony charge of possession of cocaine with a $2,000 bond.
