Reports of Election Judges Directing Votes in Allen County

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): New allegations of problems at the polls in Allen County:

The Fort Wayne City Clerk's race had plenty of controversy already, but now there are allegations that poll workers at one Allen County polling place deliberately told voters not to vote for Angie Davis, who had resigned as Deputy City Clerk amid alleged electioneering violations, but remained on the ballot.

The News Sentinel reports a poll worker at the Eagles Lodge on Lofty Lane told voters explicitly that Davis, who was still eligible to be voted City Clerk, wasn't, and that Lana Keesling was the only person running for the job.

Director of Elections Beth Dlug acknowledged the report, saying she'd heard of at least two complaints.
