Recall issued for Tyson chicken nuggets

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Another food recall has been issued. This time, it’s for Tyson chicken nuggets that might contain rubber.

The US Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service says the recall is for more than 36,000 pounds of Tyson’s “White Meat Panko Chicken Nuggets” with a best-if-used-by date of November 26th, 2019.

There haven’t been any injuries or illnesses reported, but Tyson has received several consumer complaints about rubber being found in the nuggets.

Consumers who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them. These products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.
