FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO):While the Super Bowl might be the most talked about sporting event this Sunday, there is another, much cuter event happening that same day.

The 12th Animal Planet Puppy Bowl will be from at 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday and the starting line-up features puppies from Indiana and Ohio.

Scout is an 18-week-old female Australian Shepherd at P.A.A.W.S No-Kill Animal Rescue in Newburgh, Indiana.

Rugby is a 19-week-old male terrier who lives at the Animal Friends Humane Society in Hamilton, Ohio.

This year Animal Planet worked with 44 different animal shelters and rescue organizations across the United States to find the adoptable furry players for #TeamRuff and #TeamFluff.

The network said it is also partnering with the Pro Football Hall of Fame and will introduce the Puppy Bowl Hall of Fame, which will honor players and other older “veteran” animals.

The Puppy Bowl Pre-Game Show starts at 2:30 p.m. It will feature analysis and commentary from sport correspondents.

Kick off at GEICO Stadium is at 3 p.m. and kittens from Brooklyn Bridge Animal Welfare Coalition, Inc. will be preforming in this year’s Kitty Half-Time Show.

Our PAAWS Girl Scout from #TeamFluff is getting ready for Puppy Bowl this Sunday! Who's Ready for all that Rescue Dog Cuteness?!?
