FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Northeast Fort Wayne and also the Leo area are experiencing power outages this morning.  Crews are working on both of the problems.

I&M spokesperson Tracy Warner tells WOWO News about 4,900 customers hope to be resorted by 9:30 a.m. this morning.  In the Leo area, there's about 600 customers without power, and there's no estimated restoration time as of their last update.  Warner says both of the accidents were caused by vehicle crashes, and crews are mindful of the cold conditions and working hard to get power back on as soon as possible.

It means some traffic lights are not working while power is being resorted, including at Stellhorn Rd. and Wheelock Rd.  Treat those intersections and any intersection with traffic lights out as 4 way stops.
