FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO):  Northeast Indiana REMC customers in Northwest Fort Wayne, Whitley County, and Kosciusko County experienced a power outage early this morning as  more than 1,100 customers in the area were affected by the outage.

Cause of the outage has not yet been determined and REMC as most customers had service restored by 8 A.M.
