Police Need Help Identifying Suspects Captured in Surveillance Photographs

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Officers with the Fort Wayne Police Department need your help identifying the suspects captured in the above surveillance photos.

On February 11th, officers were called to the Marathon Station on Spring Street near Wells Street. Once on the scene, a woman told officers that she went into the convenience store to buy lottery tickets and while inside, she overheard two black men talking about buying cigars to smoke marijuana. She approached them and asked if they had any to sell. They said they did and they went to her car. One man sat in the front, the other man sat in the back.

The man in her front passenger seat sold her two grams of marijuana, then pulled out a gun and put it to her head. He took her money, cell phone, and the marijuana he sold her. He then told her to drive. The man in the rear seat wanted to get out and he did, she then drove off with the front seat passenger still in her car. After another turn, the front seat passenger then got out of the car and ran off.

She described the man that got into her front passenger seat as black, about 18-years-old, 5'10″ to 6', skinny, shoulder length dreads with blonde tips, and no facial hair. The other man got into the back seat behind the passenger side. She described him as black, 5'6″ to 5'8″, light skin, curly short hair, wearing a black hoodie.

Anyone with information that can help detectives identify these robbery suspects is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 436-STOP.
