Police Looking for Walgreens Burglary Suspect

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Fort Wayne police officers need your help in looking for the suspect responsible for burglarizing the Walgreens Pharmacy on N Coliseum Boulevard and E. State Boulevard.

According to police, on Friday July 11th, the suspect arrived to the Walgreens on a bicycle, entered store and then approached the pharmacy. The suspect handed the pharmacist a note asking for specific pills. The pills were placed into a bag and the suspect then excited the store and left on his bike.

The suspect was described as a black male, 6’1” slim build, wearing a light color baseball cap, green long sleeve shirt and khaki pants. If you have any information about this incident, call Crime Stoppers at 436-7867.
