FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Fort Wayne residents have the chance to learn more about community issues and build a relationship with local cops.

Community members are encouraged to join Indiana State Police, Fort Wayne Police, Allen County Sheriff, Indiana Conservation Officers, Indiana State Excise Police and the IPFW Police from 9 to 11 a.m. March 5, in the south lobby at Lutheran Hospital, 7950 W Jefferson Boulevard.

“We hope that community members will feel comfortable asking questions, bringing concerns, or simply getting to know our officers,” said Sergeant Ron Galaviz, Indiana State Police. “These interactions are the foundation of community partnerships.”

The coffee will be provided by Tim Horton’s.
