FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The case of a Fort Wayne doctor accused of over-prescribing pain pills keeps getting stranger.
Dr. Michael Cozzi’s medical license was pulled by the Indiana Medical Licensing Board Thursday after he was arrested this week for felony possession of a narcotic when police found Oxycontin during a raid at his home and office, but the Journal Gazette reports that was the proverbial tip of the iceberg.
Police also apparently found gold bars in the home’s vents, more than 50 guns with a large amount of ammo, stacks of money, and a “dangerous” paralytic drug used in surgeries that he claims he forgot he had when he brought it home a decade ago.
Authorities say he prescribed painkillers to 1,700 people in just the first 38 days of the year, some of whom died.
His lawyer calls the case a “smear job.”

The DEA/FED will do anything (even lie and make shit up) to seize his cash & assets.
And they love to use the media (who are falling all over themselves to oblige) to try Cozzi in the court of public opinion… Thereby tainting any potential jury pool around here.
And there is a black female federal prosecutor, King, I believe… If she still works for the northern district in Fort Wayne, she is a racist bigot AGAINST whites… She will lie and make shit up just to hang him.

Prescribed pain meds to1700 people in 38 days? That’s 44 people a day? That’s every 10 minutes in an 8 hour day. Wow.
Iam patient of dr cozzi and he never not one time did he ever try and take my money from me and he did not ever try and cram pain pills down my throat . He is and was and still is yhe best pain dr in fort wayne indiana but not only on fort wayne but th3 best doctor in indiana.. the dea and fbi and the atf and the cops have nothing better todo then to mess an innocent man down and and not just mess this dr up but his kids an family have to take it thw kids tske it worse and then you get people drug attatics goimg into the dr office and they r messing it up for people like me that dont have bones left in my back blown uo ober seas its not right let this man have his life back
