Police Arrest Fair Workers

AUBURN, Ind. (WOWO): Six carnival workers face charges after authorities conducted a narcotics investigation earlier this week. In the early morning hours Wednesday, officers with the Auburn Police department and the I.M.A.G.E Drug Task Force made the arrests.

Police say the investigation was conducted, to provide a safe and drug-free environment at the DeKalb County Free Fall Fair going on in Auburn. All the suspects are employed by vendors at the fair.

Two Indiana people face charges of dealing marijuana. 31-year-old Michael Clay of Beech Grove and 49-year-old Robert Boyer of Montezuma.

Three men have possession charges pending, including 31-year old Michael Johnson of Saginaw, Michigan, 21-year-old Ryan Napier of Sherwood, Alaska and 26-year-old Miles Cornwell of Thorntown.

Also facing possession charges is 21-year-old Sabrina Combs of Anderson.

According to police, not all suspects were arrested.
