Plymouth Dealer Settles for $130k

PLYMOUTH, Ind. (WOWO): A northern Indiana car dealer will repay more than $100,000 in overcharges to buyers.

Auto Park of Plymouth, has agreed to a $130,000 settlement. A joint investigation between the Secretary of State and Attorney General’s office found that clients were being charged excessive fees for paperwork.

About 3,800 customers will get payments. Customers were preparation fee of $228 between 2010 and 2012 will receive a refund of $34 from Auto Park.
