Plan Commission Approves Habitat Development

ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Allen County Commissioners have given the their approval for a zoning change needed so that plans for a proposed $10 million Fort Wayne Habitat for Humanity subdivision can move forward.  The Journal Gazertte says that The Allen County Plan Commission on Friday green-lighted the Habitat’s first-ever major housing addition.  The new development will be built on a 39-acre site along Cook Road.  The purchase price for the new homes is estimated at $108,000 to $116,000.
