Person Dies when Plane Crashes in Greenwood

GREENWOOD, Ind. (AP) – A Federal Aviation Administration spokesman says one person was killed and another was seriously injured when a single-engine airplane crashed near Greenwood Municipal Airport.
 
Tony Molinaro says the names of the victims weren't immediately available. He says the accident occurred about 2:20 p.m. Friday.  He says the aircraft was destroyed and caught fire, but didn't have any additional details. Local media reported the plane crashed into a house.
