Pence Set to Approve Preschool, Road Funding Bills

INDIANAPOLIS (AP): Governor Mike Pence is touting a pair of wins on two of his priorities from the 2014 session of the Indiana General Assembly. A preschool pilot program would pay for low-income children to attend preschools in five counties. Pence also could see up to $400 million in funding to pay for highway expansions. Half the money will depend on how the state's finances are doing at the end of the year.
