INDIANAPOLIS (AP): Gov. Mike Pence is talking more about his plans to bolster the state's economy. The governor's second-year agenda includes a call to eliminate the personal property tax, ease business permitting, cut certain licensing requirements and other items. Pence is expected to deliver more details about his economic plan during a pair of stops Tuesday. The governor's economic plan is the second piece of his 2014 agenda he is detailing before the General Assembly takes up his agenda.
