FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Both of the major Presidential campaigns have fallen to a new level of mud-slinging: calling each other “racist.” Pastor Carlton Lynch of New Beginnings Church tells WOWO news he feels both sides’ use of the word can do more harm than good:

“It takes our minds off of the main issues on what America needs, and the reasons we should vote for either parties,” Lynch says.

Although he says he questions some of Donald Trump’s latest actions, Lynch specifically noted he’s concerned about Hillary Clinton calling Trump a racist.

“I would be careful, if I was Hillary, to say that about Donald Trump. Because after all, while the Clintons were in the White House, Donald and Hillary were best friends. So if there was indeed a reason to call him a racist, why wait until now?”
