Outages Largely Restored from Storm in N. Indiana

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (AP): Major utility companies say crews have restored power to nearly all homes and businesses after heavy snowfall in northern Indiana. At least 40,000 homes and businesses were without electricity yesterday across the state's northern tier from the Gary area across to Fort Wayne. As much as 8 inches of snow fell in many spots throughout northern Indiana.
