DEKALB COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Around 10:45 Friday night, two motorists traveling on CR 27 found a man lying in the roadway near an ATV. The man was later identified as 42-year-old Travis Hypes of Waterloo. Once emergency crews arrived to the scene, Hypes was airlifted to a nearby hospital. His condition is unknown at this time. The incident is still under investigation.
